AI Made Practical and Powerful
I learned a lot during this programme, but what really made the difference was the way VK teaches. He didn’t just explain concepts, he broke them down in a way that actually sticks. The tools, the frameworks, the hands-on exercises, and the constant collaboration within the cohort made the entire experience engaging and practical. I’ve been able to initiate tool deployment for some of our works already in our organization.
The capstone project was the highlight for me. It pushed us to apply everything we learned and showed how these AI tools can be used in real business scenarios.

Valuable Knowledge and Experience
The practical experience that the course provided me along with the theoretical knowledge about the AI applications and how these applications can be implemented through the practical tools together were the things that I mostly enjoyed during the course. Hands-on activities of the Voiceflow part of the course were so much fun, and on top of that, the way the teacher connected each of the AI use cases to real business examples, is what made it even more exciting. It is true that my primary concern was to get a broader idea of designing and building ML-based solutions, but at the same time, I got useful information about designing, testing, and improving the structure of conversational AI systems. The discussions around the real-world examples/case studies not only gave me an excellent practical context but also suggested one possible way to approach framing AI projects from an organizational/business perspective.
