These Terms and Conditions apply only to online payments made by participants for the purpose of open enrolment training programs offered by our company Six Sigma Certification Pvt. Ltd. These programs include but are not limited to Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt certifications.

These Terms and Conditions do not apply to corporate services such as consulting engagements, in-company training workshops, or any other custom corporate offerings.

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Six Sigma Certification Private Limited, whose registered/operational office is A-38/3, 2nd Floor, Street No.8, West Vinod Nagar, Delhi 110092. The terms “you”, “your”, “user”, or “visitor” refer to any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or making an online payment for an open enrolment training program.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping: Shipping of products is not applicable to our business. Our offerings are fully digital, workshop content is made accessible through our online academy and digital collaboration platforms.

Delivery: Delivery of services occurs electronically. Participants receive access to all required materials, virtual boards, and session links via email and our learning management systems upon registration or as per the scheduled start date of the program.
