Really Helpful Green Belt Training
The Six Sigma Green Belt training was a very good learning experience. Initially, I expected the training to focus mainly on concepts such as 5S and 5 Why analysis. However, I found that the training was more focused on practical knowledge and real-world application, along with the necessary theoretical concepts.
I particularly appreciated the practical approach, as it helped me understand how Six Sigma tools and methodologies can be applied to actual workplace situations rather than just learning the concepts theoretically. The balance between practical and theoretical knowledge made the training more engaging and useful.
