  • What is the exam pattern of BB?

    The exam is conducted online. The questions in the final exam include material covered in all phases of the training. The exam has 150 Questions (Multiple-Choice) and lasts 4 hours. There is no negative marking and it is an Open-Book Exam.

  • How many Practice Projects do you provide with the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course?

    We provide 1 complimentary certification project in Black Belt. For the certification project in BB, the participant can choose from a manufacturing related project or a service related project.

  • Is a project mandatory for Black Belt training?

    No project is not mandatory for BB training with Benchmark Six Sigma.

  • I am only Black Belt trained and has not completed any projects. Do you provide any projects?

    Yes. We provide certification projects to Black Belts. You can choose from a service sector or manufacturing sector project. It is a self paced certification project course. Upon completion a project certificate will be issued. Please keep in mind that this is not a live project, it is a certification project I which the data is masked and project is not being done for any organization.

  • What is the ideal time gap between Green Belt and Black Belt?

    The ideal gap is ZERO. The more techniques you learn, the better placed you are for solving a range of problems. Black Belt is considered as a designation by itself. A Black Belt is a problem solving expert. Black Belt training also helps revise Green Belt learning.

  • What is the fee?

  • Will “AI proficiency validated” be mentioned on the certificate?

    Yes, the certificate will mention AI-enabled Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

  • What has been the percentage of people who pass the green belt training exam on the first attempt?

    Someone who attends 100 percent of sessions and participates actively usually does not fail. After the training, you will need to review the material independently. Several batches have had a 100% pass rate.

  • What are the timings for Green Belt training?

    • Green Belt (GB) Weekend batch: Sessions timings are 9:30 am to 11:30 am and then 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
    • Green Belt (GB) Weekday batch: Session timings are 7pm to 9 pm from Tuesday to Friday.

  • Can a participant get recordings?

    We have seen that real learning happens through live interaction and hence we have maintained higher cost to provide live online training sessions. Recorded sessions do not help people learn much as there is no scope of quizzing and Q&A. In a special case, if you cannot attend a specific live online class, you can inform us in advance and we provide you recording of that class. However, it is recommended that you attend 100% live classes. Our trainers like to engage participants and that ensures deep understanding and retention. However, once you complete all your live sessions, we share the recordings so that you can review them and practice before the exam.

  • What is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt? What is meant by AI-enabled Green Belt?
