• Green Belt is a management qualification for problem solving competence. It includes world’s best problem-solving methods in a single capsule. A person is referred as Green Belt certified if he/she has gone through training and has cleared an examination.
• Green Belt is best suited for people who aspire to get better results with teams or manage processes. Two approaches are covered. • The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program consists of 24 hours of sessions. It’s important to approach this certification as more than just a short-term goal.
• Participants should allocate additional time for learning the concepts, practicing exercises, and reflecting on real-world applications of the techniques. While mastering the tools and techniques may be straightforward, developing the ability to effectively apply them in diverse scenarios requires dedicated effort and critical thinking.

No project is not mandatory for GB training with Benchmark Six Sigma.

No. The course fees includes the fees for the Green Belt certification exam

Yes. The examination consist of 80 multiple choice questions to be solved in 2 hours. Upon scoring 60% or above in Green Belt exam, all participants shall be awarded with Benchmark Six Sigma certification accredited by Exemplar Global (a member of ASQ family). The passing score of GB is 60% and if you score above 70%, your certificate will carry the Benchmark Seal of Excellence. You will get a participation certificate if your score is below 60%.

• Green Belt certification requires a willingness to learn, and an analytical mind. Mostly, this program is taken up by working professionals who wish to enhance their career. Students pursuing post-graduation in management also go through this program.
• Inclination to work with data and desire to solve problems are pre-requisites for Green Belt certification. During the training, one needs to actively participate and visualize application at the workplace. This is important because the techniques apply somewhat differently in different industries and functions.

The Certified Six Sigma Green Belt examination is conducted online.

No, the ASQ is a separate examination body. You will receive a Lean Six Sigma GB Certificate from Benchmark Six Sigma, accredited by EXEMPLAR GLOBAL (part of the ASQ family).
