Practical and Job-Relevant Green Belt Course

The course offered excellent coverage of key concepts, including statistics, MSA, control charts, process capability, CTQ, Lean waste, FMEA, Pugh Matrix, and SIPOC. The question-based learning approach was particularly effective in building confidence for the Green Belt exam.

I appreciated the use of practical business examples such as SLA, defects, yield, Z score, and control charts, which made the learning highly relatable. The course maintained a strong balance between Lean and Six Sigma tools, making it equally useful for real workplace projects.

A key strength of the program is its focus not just on theory, but on selecting the right tool or test for specific problems—an essential skill for DMAIC projects, interviews, and real-world process improvement roles in quality and operations.

Overall, this is a highly practical and job-relevant course that goes beyond exam preparation. It is especially valuable for professionals with a quality or auditing background, as the concepts can be directly applied to RCA, CAPA, process capability, and CTQ improvement initiatives.
