This course provided an excellent deep dive into advanced Lean Six Sigma methodologies. I particularly valued the detailed focus on Experimental Design (DOE), specifically the nuances of fractional factorial designs and understanding how different Resolution levels impact confounding.

The curriculum also did a great job distinguishing between different strategic and analytical tools. For instance, clarifying that while a Goal-Means diagram is essential for fanning out actionable steps from a broad goal, other tools are better suited for specific root cause drilldowns.
