The Black Belt course offered by Benchmark was quite well-structured, perfectly designed and very practical. Our Instructor was able to articulate the complicated concepts of Six Sigma in a very clear manner with the help of real time examples to make the various stages of the DMAIC process quite easy to implement. The discussion on problem chartering, data analysis, MSA, Hypothesis testing, and Improvement tools etc was extremely useful. The process of these classes was very interactive through chat messages and quite relevant to practical business situations. This course has definitely improved my analytical skills to implement projects of Black Belt level.
