CAISA Training Feedback: A Practical and Transformative Learning Experience

The training was excellent — clear explanations, practical examples, and an engaging delivery style. The sessions gave us useful knowledge about AI security risks, governance, and how to manage them.

The best part of the program was building an AI bot for elderly care as a hands-on project. Through this, we learned how to gather business requirements, write a Business Requirements Document (BRD), design an AI solution, and see how AI works in real business situations. It gave us real confidence to spot AI use cases and apply AI in our own work.
