This note is for installation of Minitab trial version.

*If you have a fully functional Minitab installed (version 17 or above), you can continue to use it. If not, follow the instructions below

WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM

Windows 8 and above: We will be using Minitab v17 (minitab17.3.1.0acdemicsetup) software for Statistical analyses in the workshop. Kindly download the file and opt for the 30 days trial during installation.

It will ask for registration. Please provide your name and email address for the same.

Windows XP / Windows 7: Kindly download and install Minitab v15 (Minitab15_standardsetup) and opt for the 30 days trial during installation.

iOS OPERATING SYSTEM

Minitab v19 (Minitab.v19.2020.1.0.Commercial) file below is for Mac based systems (Apple Computers).

*ONLY in case your initial 30 day trial period has expired and you still need Minitab.

WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM

Windows 8 and above:

  1. If you have already used the 30 days trial period of Minitab 17, then use Minitab 18 (minitab18.1.0.0setup).
  2. If you have already used the 30 days trial period of Minitab 18, then use Minitab 19 (minitab19.1.0.1setup.x64).

Windows XP / Windows 7: 

  1. If you have already used the 30 days trial period of Minitab 15, then use Minitab 16 (Minitab 16).

iOS OPERATING SYSTEM

If you have used Minitab v19 (for iOS), the only other option is to go to Minitab website and register for the web version of Minitab which will give another 14 days of free trial.
