Each tool prevents a specific class of mistake that a general LLM cannot reliably catch. Each is grounded in the rigor of DMAIC and decades of Black Belt practice.

These resources are designed for practicing Lean Six Sigma Black Belts and Master Black Belts who are integrating AI into their improvement work. Six things distinguish them from general-purpose AI prompts:

They produce structured artifacts ready to paste into a project charter, control plan, or sponsor presentation — not narrative prose.

They refuse to produce outputs that violate Black Belt rigor — vague problem statements, sample sizes by intuition, statistical conclusions without assumption checks.

They flag what’s missing from your inputs, not just what’s present — the assumption checks you didn’t run, the scope boundaries you didn’t define, the post-hoc tests you skipped.

They use conservative defaults — Welch’s t-test over Student’s, non-parametric over parametric when distribution is unknown, prevent-at-source controls over detect-and-respond.

They preserve your judgment — these tools refuse to translate statistical conclusions into business decisions. The decision belongs to the Black Belt; the tool’s job is to make sure that decision is well-supported.
