The practical experience that the course provided me along with the theoretical knowledge about the AI applications and how these applications can be implemented through the practical tools together were the things that I mostly enjoyed during the course. Hands-on activities of the Voiceflow part of the course were so much fun, and on top of that, the way the teacher connected each of the AI use cases to real business examples, is what made it even more exciting. It is true that my primary concern was to get a broader idea of designing and building ML-based solutions, but at the same time, I got useful information about designing, testing, and improving the structure of conversational AI systems. The discussions around the real-world examples/case studies not only gave me an excellent practical context but also suggested one possible way to approach framing AI projects from an organizational/business perspective.
