Trainer needs more patience and empathy
“The trainer taught well according to the course structure and based on the material on the website. However, he needs to have more patience in dealing with students across various industries. He was easily getting frustrated with the questions asked by students and continuously ridiculing them for their lack of knowledge or the questions asked. The trainer needs to understand that students have different IQ levels and treat them equally with utmost patience. Definitely, the way he handled students won’t make him a good teacher.”
