  • How crucial is the accreditation body?

    Accreditation bodies primarily focus on creating curricula and conducting exams; they seldom engage in training or consulting.   • What kind of certificate do you provide?

    We provide an online certificate. A PDF can be downloaded from the link provided at any time.

  • Will the Certificate have international recognition?

    Yes, our certificates are globally recognised and accredited by EXEMPLAR GLOBAL (part of the ASQ family).

  • Can we provide certificates to participants who did not get them from their organisation but have undergone Benchmark Six Sigma Corporate Training (done as an in-company program) in the past?

    For any corporate program, the certificate issuance authority lies with the company. We send certificates to the company, and they decide whether to issue them. We cannot assist with issuing certificates for a corporate program unless the client organisation formally requests it.

  • Do you offer offline (in-person) training?

    No, we do not currently offer in-person training. Our programs are offered as Live Online or Self-Paced.

  • Can I participate in courses using my mobile phone?

    It is possible to participate using mobile phone in some programs. Green Belt and Black Belt will require use of laptop.

  • What is your part payment policy? Is EMI option available?

    Yes, we do have a part payment policy. EMI options are also available. We will discuss your needs personally and provide you with a suitable option.

  • What is Lean Six Sigma?

    Lean six sigma is business management approach which focuses on reducing defects, eliminating wastes and generating big financial benefits. It aims in improving efficiency and customer satisfaction in any process. It focuses on – Data Driven Decision Making, Problem Solving and Process Improvement. Lean Six Sigma is the integration of Lean and Six Sigma. In our Green Belt program, Lean basics are covered along with detailed coverage of most common Six Sigma tools and techniques.

  • What is the difference between Lean and Six Sigma?

    Lean focuses on process streamlining and reducing waste. Six Sigma focuses on reducing defects and variation in any process. Both Lean and Six Sigma have a common goal which is, process improvement. For this reason Lean and Six Sigma have been integrated and now known as Lean Six Sigma.

  • Does Lean six sigma involve high-level mathematics or stats?

    There is no need to fear about statistics as training is done with the help of templates and online calculators. We do not assume any background statistical knowledge and start from basics. Online calculators are available free on our website and can be access via mobile too.

  • Who can undergo Lean Six Sigma training/ certification?

    Graduates or Working Professionals. Students doing professional courses like Engineering also pursue Lean Six Sigma certification.

  • I am a fresher with little experience, can I also do it?

    Yes, You can start with Green Belt and we will train you right from the basics. More and more freshers are going for this program as it shows their orientation towards problem solving, a progressive mindset and willingness and capability to bring improvements.
