Well-Structured and Practical Green Belt Program

This course was well-structured and easy to follow, with a good balance of theory and practical examples. The DMAIC concepts, tools, and case-based approach helped me clearly understand how to apply Lean Six Sigma in real process improvement projects. Overall, it enhanced my analytical thinking and problem-solving skills relevant to quality and process excellence.
