Well detailed course

The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is is a detailed course that helps one understand everything about how a good process should look like. It helps you build a strong foundational knowledge on process capability, process stability, root causes (Potential & Critical), methods to solving a problem (5 Whys), calculations needed as well as various graphs used. It is a course that I would recommend to anyone who wants to success in their role as there is a lot to learn and gain from the course. The tutors really took their time to explain, and made sure you were following the course and were always ready to explain areas where you found difficult.
