Supportive and Insightful Training

The trainer was a very good mentor with strong experience and practical knowledge. The PSI model sessions were conducted effectively, and the real-life scenarios explained through the Gamma model were especially helpful in understanding practical applications.

The inclusion of videos as learning support was valuable. I plan to go through the entire course again to strengthen my understanding and gain maximum benefit from the training.
