Strong Framework for Creating and Measuring Business Value

The Business Value Analyst course was highly practical and valuable as part of my MBB Business Excellence learning journey. It provided a structured approach to understanding business value, identifying improvement opportunities, and connecting initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

I particularly appreciated the focus on linking process improvements with key business parameters such as cost, productivity, quality, customer value, efficiency, and profitability. The course strengthened my ability to evaluate, quantify, and communicate the business value generated through Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.

The practical approach and real-world applications make the learning directly relevant to my responsibilities in manufacturing and continuous improvement. Overall, it was an excellent and insightful learning experience that will support more data-driven and business-focused decision-making when leading improvement initiatives.
