The emphasis on sales growth and throughput, alongside operating expense savings and investment optimization, provided a strong perspective on prioritizing initiatives for maximum business impact. I also found the structured use of the Current Reality Tree, Evaporating Cloud, Future Reality Tree, Prerequisite Tree, and Transition Tree particularly valuable for engaging leadership. The Theory of Constraints further strengthened my understanding of how improving constraint performance can enhance overall throughput and business performance.
