Refreshing Lean Learning Experience

As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt holder, I found this course to be a refreshing and valuable opportunity to revisit and strengthen my Lean knowledge. It brought back key learnings from books such as Lean Thinking, This Is Lean, particularly Little’s Law, and The Machine That Changed the World, while providing additional insights into implementing Lean strategy.

The course also expanded my understanding of Lean transformation, including Kaizen and Kaikaku, while introducing Kakushin as a new concept for me. My previous experience with Lean Manufacturing projects involving Value Stream Mapping, Cellular Manufacturing, and SMED made the concepts especially relatable. Overall, it was a great learning and knowledge-refreshing experience.
