Practical Lean Learning for Operational Excellence

The Lean Practitioner and Lean Guide (LPLG) course was highly practical, well structured, and closely aligned with my professional responsibilities. It strengthened my understanding of Lean principles, waste identification, process improvement, and continuous improvement methodologies, while effectively connecting these concepts to real-world manufacturing challenges.

The course provided greater clarity on identifying improvement opportunities and engaging teams in Lean initiatives. The tools and techniques learned can be directly applied to improve productivity, quality, delivery, cost, and overall process efficiency. It also reinforced the importance of building a strong continuous improvement culture and will support me in driving Lean and operational excellence initiatives within my organization.
