The course provided valuable insights into selecting the right operational and financial metrics, identifying the right projects, and effectively engaging with senior management during project evaluation and selection. The practical use of the BVA tool through real-world case studies helped demonstrate how different inputs influence outcomes and supported a more structured approach to project selection.

I particularly appreciated the linkage between operational metrics such as throughput, OE, and investment/inventory and financial metrics including profit, ROI, and cash flow. These concepts provided a stronger understanding of how improvement initiatives can be evaluated from both operational and financial perspectives.
