Good intro to concepts and understanding of tools

The session provided a strong introduction to Six Sigma tools, methodologies, and their practical applications. While some concepts involved advanced statistics and software, the explanations made it easier to understand when, how, and why different tools should be used.

The hands-on exercises and real-world problem-solving activities were particularly helpful in reinforcing the concepts.
