The delivery has been excellent — course content was communicated clearly and consistently, and the use of real-world examples (case studies like the Microsoft Tay incident and the Apple Card controversy, in particular) helped ground abstract architectural principles in tangible, memorable lessons. This approach made complex topics — such as RAG architectures, HITL design, and agentic AI patterns — much easier to internalize and apply.
