The rationale for using the title Consultant is well aligned with the role we will take on after completing the MBB and this course. The content was clear, well structured, and easy to understand, especially the coverage of financial metrics and operational measures such as Throughput (T), Operating Expense (OE), Inventory (I), Profit, ROI, and Cash Flow.

The explanation of the seven rules for checking the Current Reality Tree (CRT) was particularly effective, supported by relevant and practical exercises that strengthened conceptual clarity.

A key highlight for me was the Business Value Calculator. I am excited to apply it within my company and department, as it will directly enhance my ability to evaluate and communicate business impact.
