A Practical Approach to Process Improvement

It was a good course that taught us how to think more effectively and take a structured approach to process improvement through defining, measuring, analysing, improving, and controlling the process to sustain the results. The real-life examples made the concepts easier to understand and encouraged us to participate actively in the lessons.
