A Practical and Insightful Lean Six Sigma Learning Experience

I had a very good learning experience throughout the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. The course provided a structured understanding of the DMAIC methodology and covered important concepts such as process mapping, root cause analysis, data analysis, process capability, and continuous improvement.

The practical approach and real-world examples made the concepts easier to understand and helped me connect the methodology with situations that can arise in an actual business or operational environment. I particularly appreciated the focus on applying Lean Six Sigma tools rather than limiting the learning to theoretical concepts.
