Highly Valuable and Practical CAISA Training
The CAISA training was highly useful, well structured, and directly relevant to practical AI solution design. It effectively connected technical architecture with real-world implementation, governance, adoption, and user experience considerations.
The training explained complex concepts such as Traditional RAG, Agentic RAG, AI autonomy levels, personas, sentiment detection, and Human-in-the-Loop escalation in a clear and practical manner. The real-world examples and interactive discussions made these concepts easier to understand and apply.
